Manager, Operations Accounting
Summary of Responsibilities The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reporting Day-to-day management and oversight of the Operations Accounting Team functions for assigned portfolio including: month-end and quarter-end close, lease review and interpretation, property level variance analysis including evaluation of straight-line rent, Blackline balance sheet reconciliations, working with finance on budgets and forecasts, and working with the Financial Reporting team on quarterly and annual financial reporting supporting schedules.
